There is a 2-hour minimum for each student when scheduling. Please ensure that you are scheduling at least 2-hours for learning each week.
Please make changes to your lesson in your student portal or contact your tutor to cancel or change your appointment. All changes must be made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment.
There is a one-time grace for same day changes to the schedule. For each same day change after, there will be a $20 fee invoiced to you. No shows will be charged the full amount for the session. Future sessions will also need to be confirmed 24 hours in advance in order to be honored. It is at your tutor's discretion to allow future sessions to be scheduled.
If you are unable to pick your student(s) up on time, please give a call ahead of time to inform the tutor. There is a $1 late fee for every minute over 5 minutes.
If you are 15 minutes or more late to a scheduled session, it is at your tutor's discretion to cancel, reschedule or keep your session.
Payment for services is due upon scheduling. Once sessions are scheduled, an invoice will be emailed to you. The invoice must be paid in full before scheduled sessions in order for them to be honored. Failure to pay invoice will result in cancellation of scheduled sessions. If there is a need to reschedule a paid session, the balance will be applied to the rescheduled session. If unable to reschedule, a refund will be sent to you within 1-3 business days. Changes to the schedule must be made within 24 hours of scheduled session. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours are nonrefundable.
