Meet The Founder
Desiree' M. Bailey, M.A. TLLP, CSP
Desiree' is a School Psychologist in the Metro Detroit Area. Desiree' has experience working as an ABA therapist, Special Education teacher, Clinical Therapist and Behavior Interventionist. Desiree is also the founder of a nonprofit organization called ProjectSEAMS. Her passions are education and mental health.

RICHARD BRINKLEY, MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Richard is a Detroit Native. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Math. He has 7+ years of experience in both high school and collegiate tutoring. He has a passion for serving his community and introducing underserved youth to opportunities in STEM.

Jacob abela
Jacob holds a B.A. in English from Michigan State University with a focus on Secondary Education. He has experience in K–12 co-teaching, ABA support, and after-school reading programs. Jacob uses engaging, student-centered strategies to help students build confidence and master their skills.
