Meet The Founder
Desiree' M. Bailey MA, TLLP
Desiree' is a School Psychologist in the Metro Detroit Area. Desiree' has experience working as an ABA therapist, Special Education teacher, and Behavior Interventionist. Desiree is also the founder of a nonprofit organization called ProjectSEAMS. Her passions are education and mental health.

RICHARD BRINKLEY, MANUFACTURING ENGINEER
Richard is a Detroit Native. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering and a B.S. in Math. He has 7+ years of experience in both high school and collegiate tutoring. He has a passion for serving his community and introducing underserved youth to opportunities in STEM.

Dr. Lakeita geter
Dr. Geter is a native Detroiter. She obtained her B.A. in Psychology and Master in Social Work from Wayne State University. She also has a Ed.D in Education. Dr. Geter has experience with K-12 enhancing reading comprehension and phonics using the Orton-Gillingham (OG) curriculum.
